What does this tool actually produce?

Two things: a 150–200 word video prompt you paste into any AI video generator (Runway, Kling, Veo), and a reference keyframe image generated from your actual product photo. The keyframe is the starting frame the video generator uses — it ensures the AI builds the video around your real product, not a generic one.

Do I need to know how to use Runway or Kling?

No video experience required. Each AI video tool has a simple interface: upload the reference image, paste the prompt, click generate. Our result page tells you exactly which tool works best for your product type and why.

Is video allowed on Etsy listings?

Yes. Etsy has supported listing videos since 2020 and actively promotes them in search results. Videos must be 5–15 seconds. The 3–5 second prompts we generate are optimised for Etsy's recommended length — you can easily loop them to hit the 5-second minimum.

Why is the AI-generated prompt better than one I write myself?

Free AI Video Tools lets Etsy sellers paste the URL of a public Etsy listing and receive an AI-generated video prompt, analysis, and reference image to help promote their product. The service is provided free of charge.

2. Acceptable use

Only submit listings you own or have the right to promote. You are responsible for the URLs you submit and how you use the generated output.
Do not use the service to infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights, or in violation of any applicable law or Etsy's policies.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the service, or access it by automated means.

3. AI-generated content

Video prompts, analyses, and images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or imperfect. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and we make no guarantee about the results (including sales or conversion outcomes) of using them. Review all output before using it commercially.

4. Relationship to Etsy

The term ‘Etsy’ is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Listing content (titles, descriptions, and images) belongs to the respective Etsy sellers.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
